In the heart of historic Charleston, Mary and John’s wedding at the Gibbes Museum of Art transformed timeless Southern charm into a refined celebration of love. After a ceremony at Second Presbyterian Church, guests arrived to the museum for cocktail hour among the galleries, enjoying live jazz, champagne, and whimsical miniature dachshund escort cards. The garden reception unfolded under a sailcloth tent, where pistachio-green hues, bentwood chairs, and lush florals punctuated by kumquats blended Southern romance with contemporary design. Dinner by candlelight featured Southern-inspired classics, followed by a four-tier sugar-petal cake and an after-party under café lights.
