To say I was tickled pink to get to photograph Tara & Griffin’s Washington D.C. engagement was an understatement! I had the delightful opportunity to meet and work with Tara a few years ago for her Virginia Tech graduation portrait session, so when she reached out to me about her and Griffin’s Merrimon-Wynne wedding next year, I knew it would be one for the books!
While 2020 has certainly been a busy year, I have had an absolute BLAST photographing my 2020 Virginia Tech seniors! They have made my job behind the camera SO EASY! Katie braved the early morning for some stunning lighting on a quiet VT campus, and my gosh, she had such a stunning smile for our whole session!
How absolutely precious are these portraits?! Christina was a total rockstar in front of the camera – she made my job way too easy! Christina and I met up on campus right in front of Burruss Hall to kick things off at 7 AM – quite early in the morning, but absolutely worth it for how breathtaking the lighting was! She even brought her sweet family members along for a few portraits at the beginning of our session! I adore it when family members come along for grad senior sessions – it makes celebrating the grad that much more special when loved ones are present!
It is an honor to be entrusted by my couples to capture their wedding imagery that will one day become a legacy for them. At SNP, we create imagery that evokes the feelings, emotions, and aesthetics of your wedding, encapsulated in film and forever a tangible representation of what it felt like to be there.
